If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return your item(s) back to us via either of our official stores or to our Mail Order department (address below), along with your receipt within 28 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.
All items must be returned in an unworn, unused condition, in all original packaging with the tags still attached. We’re unable to accept pierced jewellery, underwear, swimwear, DVD’s or any item specifically manufactured/personalised to your order, for either a refund or exchange, unless deemed to be faulty.
Once a name, number or league patch has been printed on a shirt we will not offer a refund or exchange unless the shirt is deemed faulty. The same applies if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number during his time at the club. Please therefore take care to ensure you order the correct size.
All return and re-shipping charges for non-faulty goods/exchanges are the customer’s liability. We also advise you send all goods by recorded delivery; West Bromwich Albion cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post.
