If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the item/s back to us within 28 days of purchase for refund.

All items must be returned in an unworn and unused condition, in all original packaging with all labels and tags still attached (unless faulty) along with your original delivery note.
We advise you to send all returned items via recorded delivery as the Club cannot accept any responsibility for items being lost in transit or not received.
Personalised items are non-returnable. Once a name, number or league patch has been printed on a shirt we will not offer a refund or exchange unless faulty. The same applies if the Club badge changes, a player leaves the Club or changes his squad number during his time at the Club. We cannot refund or exchange personalised items for sizing errors, therefore please take care to ensure you order the correct size.
We are also unable to accept:
Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless we are unable to do so (e.g. your credit card used for payment has expired). If an electronic refund is not possible or you are not present at our Stadium Megastore, we will process the refund by cheque. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
e.g. Buy one get one free, three items for the price of two, buy two items for £X or a bundle of products for a discounted price
All refunds will be based on the terms of the promotional price and all items purchased as part of the promotion will need to be returned to receive a full refund. If only one item/part of the order is returned, a refund will be processed based on the difference of the non-returned items original full RRP and promotional price paid. Where a free item is provided this must be returned alongside the original purchased item, you are also not able to exchange or refund the free item unless faulty.
To exchange an item, you must return it to our Stadium Megastore, we cannot offer an exchange on items returned to us via post. Any parcels received requesting an exchange will be processed as a refund for the item.
If you wish to order an alternative product, please place a new separate order and follow the above guidelines to receive a refund.
If the item, you receive is faulty or damaged in transit please get in contact us here for further information. We will not accept responsibility for any faulty/ damaged orders which are reported to us later than 30 days after the date which the order was placed.
Your statutory rights are not affected by the terms set out in this Returns Policy.
