Orders must be placed before midday Monday- Friday for delivery within 2 working days. Please note orders placed after midday on Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Saturday's & Sunday's are not classed as working days, in addition to any Bank Holidays.

Orders containing shirt personalisation for example a name, number or badges, may take up to 21 days for the shirt to be delivered to you during peak times.

 

Delivery Address

Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change an orders delivery address. Therefore, please ensure the details entered are complete and correct with the correct spelling, postcode and house name/number. We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered parcels caused by the incorrect address being entered. 

Multiple addresses can be stored in the "My Account" page to ensure your parcel can be delivered to a location most convenient to you. However, please note we cannot accept any responsibility if a parcel is lost when delivered to a business address.  

 

Delivering to PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO Box Addresses.

 

International Delivery

Any customs or import duties/ taxes are applied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Please note if you place an order and then subsequently refuse delivery as you will not pay the relevant customs and duty tax for your nation's import duties or any other levied charge, we will not refund your goods or postage charges as the parcel will not be returned to us it will be destroyed by customs.

 

Undelivered Items

We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If however you have not received your order, please report this to us here no later than 30 days from the date the order was placed. We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders which are reported to us later than 30 days after the date which the order was placed.
