Stock Availability

Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or sell out due to unprecedented demand. Where possible these items will be removed from the website, or, where possible we will send alternative items. If this is not possible, we will hold the order until all of the items become available. If any items have been discontinued we will endeavour to offer an alternative, wherever possible. Every effort has been made to ensure that the colour representation of items shown is as accurately as possible, however colours on the website may vary slightly from actual product colour - please read product description.

Season ticket holders are entitled to a 5% reduction on club shop merchandise. In order to claim your 5% discount on ordering via the internet please simply type your Membership Number where requested when you are buying your goods. This discount does not apply to items reduced in price or any other promotional offers.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied just return your unworn/unused item(s) along with your receipt within 28 days to any of our official outlets or to our Mail Order department (the address is below) for an exchange or refund via your original payment method. If purchased as part of a combination offer, all items must be returned. DVDs, CDs, video games, underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery and items specifically manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if the item returned is deemed to be faulty. Once a name, number or league patch has been printed on a shirt we will not offer a refund or exchange unless the shirt is faulty. The same applies if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number during his time at the club. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Returns should be marked for attention of Returns Department, Unit 6a, Summit Crescent, Smethwick, B66 1BT. We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery; West Bromwich Albion cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged as shown in the help section along with the delivery guidelines; every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct. Cancellation of order You may cancel your order for goods at any time up to the 14th working day after you receive the goods, unless your goods have been personalised in any way. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your order. Once you have notified West Bromwich Albion that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited from your credit card will be recredited when we receive the goods into our Returns department, and, in any event, within 14 days of the cancellation, provided you return the goods in the original condition, West Bromwich Albion will make any other refunds to payment card. Customer Service

The Club’s staff endeavour to deal with all customers and supporters in a professional, courteous, prompt and efficient manner.  Everyone will be regarded equally irrespective of their race, colour, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, disability, marital or family status, age or ethnic origin.

The Club has internal systems in place, through Staff Contracts and Policies and Procedures, to ensure the above is adhered to.

To ensure that any complaint is dealt with promptly and efficiently, the Club prefers all complaints to be made in writing by letter and the Club will respond by letter. In the first instance customers and supporters should contact the office or department relevant to their query or complaint. A response should then be received by the customer or supporter within fourteen days. If a complaint has not been dealt with speedily and efficiently by the office or department concerned, the customer or supporter should then write to the Chief Executive.

The Club reserves the right to change replica kits on a seasonal basis.  This is subject to contractual obligations resulting from a new club or equipment sponsor.

The Club abides by the regulations of the appropriate football bodies to prevent price fixing in relation to the sale of replica kit.
