Information about other people

If you provide information to us about any other people such as your Guests, you must give them a copy of this Privacy Notice so that they understand how their information will be used.  You should only provide information about them if you are authorised to do so.

In addition to the club’s Stilecard terms and conditions, purchase terms and conditions and returns policy, the following terms apply to the bundle offer:

1. Where a 24/25 Junior Supporters Bundle is purchased it will include an Under 17 stilecard for the club’s 24/25 season and one 24/25 junior club replica home shirt only (up to size age 13 - 14 years) or club infant home kit.
2. Choice of delivery method of the relevant replica shirt or infant home kit being purchased as part of the 24/25 Junior Supporters Bundle must be made at point of purchase. Depending on your choice of delivery method, replica shirts purchased as part of the bundle package will be available for click and collect from the Stadium store on the official club kit launch date or dispatched upon the official release of the club 24/25 replica home kit and you should receive such shirt within 3 weeks of dispatch.
3. The shirt cannot be exchanged for any other club product, except for exchanging for another 24/25 club junior replica home shirt / club replica infant home kit within the applicable size range set out at 1 above.
4. To exchange the replica shirt purchased as part of the bundle for an alternative size, you must return it to our Stadium store within 28 days of your receipt of delivery of such replica shirt, we cannot offer an exchange for any replica shirts returned to us via post. Any parcels received through the post requesting an exchange will be processed as a refund for the item and must comply with term 6 below.
5. Replica shirts purchased as part of this bundle can be returned for a refund to the club ticket office up to 28 days from your receipt of delivery of such replica shirt. All refunds will be based on the bundle price and all items purchased as part of the promotion will need to be returned to receive a full refund. If only the replica shirt is returned, a refund will be processed based on the difference of the season ticket full RRP and bundle price paid. Where a return is requested, you must comply with term 7 below.
6. If you wish to return or exchange a shirt purchased as part of the bundle, it must be returned in an unworn and unused condition, in its original packaging with all labels and tags still attached (unless the product is faulty) along with your original season ticket order confirmation.
7. Shirts purchased as part of the bundle are only eligible to be dispatched to a delivery address within the United Kingdom.
8. We are unable to personalise any shirt purchased as part of the bundle prior to dispatch. Where you want a shirt to be personalised, please come into the Stadium store where this can be done for you at an additional cost.
9. At any time, the club reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend or amend the 24/25 Junior Supporters Bundle offer where it deems necessary to do so and this offer is subject to availability.
10. By purchasing the 24/25 Junior Supporters Bundle, you are deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as the club’s Stilecard terms and conditions, purchase terms and conditions and returns . Your statutory rights are not affected.
