Personalisation of Replica Kit

West Bromwich Albion Football Club reserves the right to refuse to print shirts that we deem offensive or abusive. An operator will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative. Please note this may delay delivery of your shirt.

Printing

Customers should be aware that sizing may vary from previous Replica kits. Please ensure you obtain the correct size before printing as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers have been applied to personalise your item.  West Bromwich Albion Football Club cannot accept liability for any changes to player's names and numbers due to transfers or a player deciding to change number or leave the club.

Please note that the price charged for shirt printing applies to up to 12 letters, however this is dependent on the size of shirt requested as not all sizes will accommodate 12 letters. If this is the case an operator will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative.

Please also note, personalised products may take longer to process than our stated delivery periods. We aim to process all orders in our stated delivery period, however at peak times there may be a delay.

If you have had your shirt personalised, you may find that it appears creased. This is due to the shirt being packaged for transit if you have received it from Mail Order, or as it has been folded into your shopping bag. It can easily be resolved by following the instructions below.

Place a clean, damp cloth over the personalisation and press with a warm iron.

Please do not iron directly onto the personalisation.

Washing Instructions

In order to maintain the appearance and avoid any issues after washing please ensure you follow the washing instructions shown on the care label on the inside of the shirt.

Machine wash at 40 degrees C
Cool Iron only
Do not dry clean
Do not tumble dry
Do not bleach
