Personalised shirts cannot be returned for an exchange or a refund. Therefore, please ensure the correct size is purchased when applying personalisation. Shirts can be personalised after purchase if required. Also please note, personalised shirts may take longer to process than the normal stated delivery time.
For each Cyrille Regis Away Shirt sold at full price by the Club, £1 will be donated to the Cyrille Regis Legacy Charity, a registered charity (number 1185349).

Refunds and Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return your item(s) back to us via either of our official stores or to our Mail Order department (address below), along with your receipt within 28 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.
All items must be returned in an unworn, unused condition, in all original packaging with the tags still attached. We’re unable to accept pierced jewellery, underwear, swimwear, DVD’s, face protectors or any item specifically manufactured/personalised to your order, for either a refund or exchange, unless deemed to be faulty.
Once a name, number or league patch has been printed on a shirt we will not offer a refund or exchange unless the shirt is deemed faulty. The same applies if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number during his time at the club. Please therefore take care to ensure you order the correct size.
